Hello, my name is Jenna Jin and I am a ninth grader attending Saratoga High School.  I believe that taking care of the Earth starts with small, everyday actions—and even more importantly, with awareness. Things like using less plastic or turning off lights are great, but when more people truly understand how serious the situation is it can change the Earth more effectively. I hope to help raise awareness so we can see a healthier, more sustainable future.

Hello, my name is Chloe Lee and I am an ninth grader attending Palo Alto High School. It is no secret that the Earth has become increasingly polluted over time. In fact, only around 1 percent of Earth’s water supply is actually safe to drink. Despite this, environmentally harmful actions and products are continued to be made. I would like to be able to help raise awareness about these issues and convince people to put in a small effort in their everyday lives to protect our planet

Hello, my name is Allyson, and I am an 9th grader at Saratoga High School. I believe that it is our job to protect animals and their habitats from destruction and pollution, as their survival is essential for a healthy ecosystem. Learning about the many impacts of climate change and pollution has motivated me to take action and inspire others to do the same. By reducing waste and caring for our environment, we can create a greener community and preserve nature for future generations.

Hi, I’m Jayden Lee, a freshman from Cupertino High School. Environmental damage is a growing concern, and protecting our planet requires a shared responsibility. While a small portion of people proactively make better decisions, others continue to choose a path that damages the environment for the sake of their convenience. As a member of this organization, I want to use music as a way to educate others about environmental issues and convince them to make small efforts to aid the planet.

Hello, I’m Yujoon Kim. I’m a freshman from Leigh High School. I play the drums, swim competitively, etc. However, over the summer of 2026, I got into birdwatching, and frankly, it is so beautiful to see these majestic birds (I like the big ones) soar over me as I lift my phone up to the sky like a lunatic. Basically, my point is that nature is beautiful, but frankly, many people, including me, aren’t fully aware or don’t even care of the pressing issues that trouble the natural world. In fact, looking back before summer, I feel that I was blind to nature. I gave it little attention, but now I realize that a simple push, which for me, came in the form of birds, can really open people’s eyes to nature and our responsibility in restoring it. By joining LNS, I hope to not only educate others but also myself on Earth and how we all can make an impact.

Hello, my name is Chloe Yuh, a freshman attending Henry M. Gunn High School. From pollution to climate change, it’s evident that our planet is facing growing environmental challenges day by day. These issues have intrigued me to learn more about the environment and contemplate what we can do to help. As a member of Let Nature Sing, I hope to spread awareness about the importance of conservation and encourage others to become more mindful about our environment. I believe we can create a healthier future together.

Hi, I'm Brandon Park, a freshman at Gunn High School. I believe music has a unique way of connecting people and bringing attention to our planet's health. Through Let Nature Sing, I hope our performances encourage our community to live more consciously and care for the environment. Outside of playing the piano and sharing music with the community, I enjoy listening to music, exploring physics and math, playing chess, and riding my bike outdoors.

I believe protecting the environment begins with small actions that each of us can take every day. I try to reduce my use of disposable products and save resources because I know that even one small action can make a difference. I also hope more people will understand how precious our environment is. Since music is what I love most, I want to use it to share that message with others.

These changes have harmed ecosystems, animals, and communities around the world. I would like to help raise awareness about climate cha nge and encourage people to make small changes in their everyday lives to protect our planet.

Hi!! I’m Adelyn Park, and I’m currently a freshman at Lynbrook High School. Human disruption is causing an unprecedented sixth mass extinction. Let me give you one example: Single Use Plastics. SUPs, as most know, is made by refining crude oil, refining petroleum, then undergoing multiple chemical processes that release methane, a harmful greenhouse gas about ten times more potent than carbon dioxide. But the harms don’t end there. Single use plastics are called single use for a reason. Once we use these plastics, they go to landfills, where they don’t break down. Depending on the type of single use plastic, they can stay there for up to a quarter million years! Even there, it doesn’t stop. After they “decompose”, so to speak, they are changed into microplastics, teeny tiny little plastic particles that end up in the ocean. These are eaten by marine life, which decreases overall biodiversity in the area. To stop this, we must actively take measures to limit our consumption of materials that leave a big carbon footprint. Thus, I've decided to join Let Nature Sing because one person can do something good for the world, however small.
